The process followed by a more advanced system, consists of a mix of Bentonite, Coal Dust, with 2-3 % water content. That’s why it is also called Green Sand Moulding. The machine Moulding process is to be done by Pneumatic Operated Machines using a match plate system for producing a mass quantity of casting.
